Mikull Unplugged: 2006
Michelle and I are going back to Atlantis in the Bahamas next week, as some readers closest to us might know. We first visited Atlantis on our honeymoon 3 years ago- and it was absolutely the most beautiful, relaxing place we had ever been. And so, to celebrate our 3 year wedding anniversary next week, we’re going back to reclaim a little sanity. Although not by choice, Michelle and I are what most people would refer to as ‘workaholics‘- with Michelle consistently working some 60 hours a week plus; and of course, my habit of living on 4 hours of sleep a night… this is a welcome and long overdue vacation for just the two of us.
More importantly for you my friends, I will be unplugged for over a week! I call on you all to keep active on the boards so I have some good reading when I return!
And while I have you here: the overhaul for mikull.com? Our small break hopefully marks a turn in the road- Jody would say “Yeah, and you’re coming back to WOW too, right?” — fair enough: I’m well behind schedule. Most of you know how hard it is to find time though, and it’s been an up and down year. Nevertheless, I have been working hard at getting down the stress for 2007, which includes capping off all the side work, getting out more and of course updating our very own mikull.com. I promised a big update this year, and it’s going to happen! In the meantime, keep the house lights on, think of my schnauzer (who’s spending a week with his grandma) - and best wishes to our very own TMH, who is getting married next week. I’ll be back online October 23. See you there.
